Daniel Wayne Jackson, wanted on a felony warrant for diversion of funds and a misdemeanor charge of contracting without a license, has been arrested by the Lyon County Sheriff's Office with help from the Northern Nevada special investigations unit of the Nevada State Contractors Board.

Investigators said Jackson had contracted with a Mound House homeowner to build an addition. The homeowner paid three payments totaling $19,000 on a contract of $27,000. Jackson only poured a concrete footing and then abandoned the project.
