Washoe Med recognized by quality organization

Washoe Medical Center won the HealthInsight Quality Award from HealthInsight, the Medicare quality improvement organization for Nevada and Utah.

Two hospitals in Nevada St. Rose Dominican Hospitals' Rose de Lima campus in Henderson was the other received the award. It's based on performance on publicly reported quality-of-care measures.
