Steve Kiser has been named regional general manager at Inter-Tel Technologies in Reno.
He previously worked 12 years as vice president of sales and marketing for a telecommunications company in Reno. Kiser has 19 years experience inn the telecommunications industry.
Kiser holds a bachelor's degree in business and marketing from California State University, Chico.
