Cindy Comstock, a senior escrow officer with Ticor Title Co., was recognized as "Member of the Year" by the Northern Nevada Escrow Association. Comstock, a Ticor employee since 1994, joined the association in 1991 and has served as treasurer, vice president and regional director.
