The Reno office of the Nevada Secretary of State's office has expanded its offerings of expedited corporate filings.
The office at 1755 E. Plumb Lane now provides one-, two- or 24-hour expedited services on documents including articles of incorporation, amendments to articles of incorporation and annual list filings.
The office doesn't accept UCC or trademark documents, which must be filed in the Secretary of State office in Carson City.
