Pierre Sundland has been promoted to vice president of retail operations of Reno-based Scolari's Food & Drug Co. He previously was director of retail operations, a post he'd held since 2000.
Sundland started with Scolari's in 1969 as a courtesy clerk and worked his way up to store director before becoming director of retail operations.
