John Frank has been hired as the room chef for the Steakhouse at John Ascuaga's Nugget.
Frank most recently worked for 15 years as executive chef at the steak restaurant at Harrah's Reno.
A Culinary Institute of America graduate, he previously worked at Los Angeles restaurants Brentwood Bar and Grill Le Chardonnay and L'Ermitage.
Former Nugget Steakhouse Chef Keith Sadanaga will take over as the head chef for the resort's banquet operations.
