Dickson to handle sales at The Palladio

Dickson Realty has been hired to handle sales of the 21 units remaining in The Palladio, the first high-rise condominium project to reach completion in downtown Reno.

The 87-unit, 12-story building is scheduled for completion this summer. Condo units ranging from 761 to 2,088 square feet are from $363,150.

"We are making excellent progress on the project," said Dave Clark, the retired chief executive officer and chairman of Clark & Sullivan, who late last year was appointed as receiver by the courts for The Palladio. BCN Development, the original developer of the project, encountered cost overruns and delays.

Kathie Bartlett and Samantha Reveley of Dickson Realty will lead the sales effort.
