Three retail centers are rising in the vicinity of South Virginia Street and Longley Lane.
The Ribeiro Companies plans Quail Park South, with frontage on both South Virginia Street and Patriot Boulevard. The complex includes three buildings totaling 35,000 square feet on three-plus acres.
