Don Tulloch, John Connell

Don Tulloch and John Connell have joined the Reno office of Carter & Burgess as senior project managers for the water infrastructure programs group.

Tulloch has more than 34 years of experience in municipal public works engineering with specialized expertise in structural and hydraulic analysis and design.

He holds a master of engineering degree and a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering with a focus on hydraulics and structures from the University of Idaho.

Connell has 42 years of experience in the planning, design and construction of water and wastewater facilities.

He holds a master of science degree and a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois.
