Roger Ashby, Dave Overhouse and Tania Violette

Roger Ashby, Dave Overhouse and Tania Violette have joined the management staff of Reno-based First Independent Bank of Nevada.

Ashby was named executive vice president for business development. He began his banking career in 1973 with First National Bank of Nevada.

He is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, and Pacific Coast Banking School.

Overhouse was named vice president and commercial loan officer. He has more than 35 years of banking experience.

He attended Sacramento City College and California State University, Chico. He is a graduate of Lewis and Clark College's Northwest Commercial Lending Banking School.

Violette was named vice president and relationship manager. She has 28 years of banking experience.
