Five northern Nevada saleswomen are finalists in the "Saleswoman of the Year" competition sponsored by the Professional Saleswomen of Nevada.
The winner will be announced at a June 23 dinner with keynote speaker Reno Mayor Bob Cashell.
Finalists for the award include:
* Norma Hayes of Western Energetix LLC.
* Kristy Hawke of Destinations West LLC, which does business as Female Expressions.
* Marilyn Lim-Carreon of Wells Fargo Private Mortgage Banking.
* Lorraine Onesian of Clear Choice Merchant Services LLC.
* Cindy Welch of Welch & Associates Allstate Insurance.
Proceeds from the awards dinner will benefit the Reno Community Assistance Center. The Professional Saleswomen of Nevada has committed $5,000 in support and will sponsor one family suite at the facility.
