The Advertising Association of Northern Nevada holds its ad people of the year awards ceremony from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 pm. Thursday.
Those honored include Dan Gustin, Reno City Council, Thomas C. Wilson Award, for having shown a consistently high degree of excellence in the field of advertising over a lifetime, coupled with strong community involvement; William Letcher, CLM Design, ad person of the year; Dali Weiderhoft, Estipona Group, community contribution of the year; and Anti Meth Coalition, promotional group of the year.
