Basin Street Properties has completed a major capital improvement project at its 200 S. Virginia St. office building.
The improvements include installation of new heating, air conditioning and electrical systems, upgrades to the parking lot, and upgrades of corridors and vacant suites.
Sierra Vista Mortgage and ACI Inc. signed five-year leases for space in the 120,000-square-foot building.
With the leases, the building is 85 percent occupied, said Basin Street Properties, which is headquartered at Petaluma, Calif.
Existing tenants include Wells Fargo and Morgan Stanley as well as telecom companies such as Quest Communications, Eshelon Telecommunications, Liberty Telecom and Level 3 Communications.
