Cathy I. Shanks, director of property management for Reno-based DP, earned the designation of Certified Property Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Shanks joined DP Partners in 2004 after working in property management for Colliers International, Trammell Crow Co. and Prologis Trust Inc.
