Dick Bostdorff has been named chief operating officer for Kiley Ranch Communities.
Bostdorff previously was director of strategy and business development for the company.
Before joining Kiley Ranch Communities, Bostdorff worked for Pacific Bell and SBC Inc. before joining DHL Worldwide Express as a senior vice president.
Bostdorff has a bachelor's degree in business management from Cal Poly State University and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.
