Qdoba Mexican Grill opened a restaurant in Spanish Springs. It has two locations in Reno, and plans stores in Carson City, Lemmon Valley and Fallon. Rojo Caliente Restaurantes, Inc. holds the rights to develop Qdoba Mexican Grills in Northern Nevada.
