Sparks Crossing construction

Clark & Sullivan Constructors of Sparks has completed the 320,000-square-foot, $33 million Sparks Crossing Shopping Center at Pyramid Highway and Los Altos Parkway. The project is owned by AIG Baker. Clark & Sullivan began work in June.
