Shari Shipman

Shari Shipman, an artist and owner of Smart Solutions, has been named Woman of the Year by the Washoe Zephyrs Chapter of the American Business Women's Association for 2006/2007.

Shipman is co-chairman of the ways and means committee for the chapter.
