Bill Weber has been named director of estimating and pre-construction services in the Reno office of Valley Construction Co.
He previously worked as vice president and director of pre-construction at Sierra View Company in Granite Bay, Calif. He was also a pre-construction manager at DPR Construction in Sacramento.
Weber is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento, with a degree in construction management.
