Leanne Fenton and William Burgess have been hired to manage City National Bank's private banking and wealth management operations in northern Nevada.
Fenton, who has worked in the financial services industry for more than 20 years, joins City National as senior vice president and private client advisor.
She previously worked for 1st National Bank of Nevada as a senior vice president and director of the bank's wealth management group. She also has worked as a vice president and senior trust administrator for Wells Fargo Bank.
She attended William Jewel and Longview community colleges in Missouri.
Burgess, who has more than 22 years of experience in the financial services industry, was named vice president and investment planning officer.
He previously worked for 1st National Bank of Nevada as an investment officer and wealth planning strategist. A retired l Lt. Col. colonel in the Marines, he also has worked for American Express Financial Advisors Inc., the State of Nevada, the U.S. Department of Justice and the Department of Treasury.
He earned a master's degree in business administration and a bachelor's degree in industrial management from the University of Nevada, Reno, and an associate's degree in real estate development from Truckee Meadows Community College.
