New firm targets staff recruitment, retention

Steve Conine, owner of the AccuStaff office in Reno, has launched TalentFramework, a firm that provides human resources coaching and services to small and mid-sized businesses.

Connie Johnson, who previously worked as a human resources executive with Amazon.com and Intuit, serves as managing director of TalentFramework.

Conine and Johnson said the company focuses on helping clients recruit, engage and retain staff, with an emphasis on developing good human relations processes.

The firm also will provide training developed by Impact Hiring Solutions, a Southern California firm whose principals wrote "You're Not the Person I Hired." Conine is among the first in the nation to be certified as a trainer by the company.

The firm will be marketed to clients of AccuStaff, through traditional and Web-based advertising channels and through presentations to business groups, Conine said.
