Panattoni Development Co. said last week it completed work on a 20,900-square-foot building for H&E Equipment Services at 845 North Hills Blvd. in Golden Valley.
The project included a concrete tilt-up structure on an 11.4-acre lot that will accommodate office and industrial uses. Panattoni Construction was the general contractor.
