Reno firm sells mining option

Wave Uranium Holding of Las Vegas said last week it's optioned uranium properties owned by Handley Minerals Inc. of Reno.

The properties are in Gila County, Arizona.

Publicly held Wave said it paid $25,000 and 200,000 shares of its stock for the option. Annual payments of $50,000 in cash and 200,000 shares of Wave stock keep the option alive until 2010, with the cash component rising to $100,000 in 2011.
