Neal Merritt and Matt Kenneson have been promoted by Q&D Construction Inc.
Merritt was promoted to equipment manager, overseeing a staff of 55 that cares for more than 600 vehicles.
He joined Q&D in 1994 and has 40 years of experience, starting as a journeyman mechanic through Operating Engineers Local 3.
Kenneson was promoted to maintenance supervisor, succeeding Merritt.
He joined Q&D in 2000 after completing a four-year apprenticeship with Caterpillar.
