Matt Hill has been named executive chef of Charlie Palmer Steak and Fin Fish at Grand Sierra Resort and Casino.
Hill is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He previously worked at the Charlie Palmer Steak restaurant in Washington, D.C.
