Beckley Singleton shareholders

Bridgett Robb Peck, Paul Matteoni, David C. McElhinney and Sean M. McGuinness, shareholders of the Reno office of the law firm Beckley Singleton, have been named to leadership positions in the State Bar of Nevada.

Peck, a partner in the firm's bankruptcy, corporate and securities and commercial litigation practice groups, was elected to the State Bar Board of Governors.

Matteoni, a partner in the commercial litigation and corporate and securities practice groups, is completing his term as chairman of the attorney discipline committee and continues to serve on the fee dispute committee in the bar association's northern division.

McElhinney, a partner in the firm's labor and employment and commercial litigation practice groups, was elected to the board of directors of the Nevada Law Foundation.

McGuinness, partner in the firm's gaming and Indian affairs practice groups, was re-appointed to the executive committee of the gaming law section of the bar association.
