Buckbean Brewing Company on Saturday opened its 7,600-square-foot brewing facility and tasting room at 1155 S. Rock Blvd. The venue, run by co-founder Doug Booth and brewmaster Dan Kahn, will be open Tuesday through Saturday. Buckbean also plans to begin selling beer kegs and 64-ounce refillable growlers, as well as signature glassware, T-shirts and hats.
