Golden Patriot Corp., a mining company headquartered at Uniondale, N.Y., said it sold a 16-claim gold property near Elko to Canasia Industries Corp. of Vancouver for $35,000 and 350,000 of Canasia's common shares. The shares were trading at 24 cents recently.
