Marc Chapelle, owner of Reno-based Desert Springs Landscape Architects, has been elected chairman of the Northern Nevada Section of the American Society of Landscape Architects. Chapelle, a landscape architect for 20 years, has worked in the Reno-Sparks area for 14 years.
