Tim Ruffin, managing partner of Colliers International Reno office, was elected to the board as treasurer of the Northern California SIOR Chapter. He is the first northern Nevada broker elected to the board of the commercial and industrial real estate group.
Ruffin also was recognized by the group for handling the largest office lease in a market of less than 1 million population. He represented Wells Fargo in its 49,000-square-foot lease in the NevDex Office Park.
