Chisholm Crossing Shopping Center, a 12,379-square-foot retail center in Fernley, just might be the easiest retail sell of the year for Joel Grace, Janna Page and Mark Keyzers of NAI Alliance of Reno.

The center at 1201 Penny Lane across the street from the town's new Scolari's market, sold for $4.8 million to the Hull Family Trust in just 21 days, Grace says.

"It is just a very well-built center. We came out of ground at the right time. It couldn't have gone any better," he says.

The center sits on 1.56 acres and is 80 percent leased with two open spaces.

Tenants include Starbucks, Dollar Loan Center, Great Clips, Anytime Fitness and Quiznos.

The team from NAI Alliance represented the developer, Fernley Partners Retail LLC, while Gabe and Steven Larkins of Liberty Realty represented the buyer. Moody-Weiske Contractors built Chisholm Crossing Shopping Center.
