Steven Fine has been named publisher of Reno.com.
Fine previously worked seven years as an online director of the Reno Gazette-Journal. He also was founder of Spider Internet Communications & Marketing, launched the online division for an international computer component liquidator based in Sparks, and headed technical operations for a gaming dot-com business.
