Shaheen Beauchamp Builders LLC of Carson City has started construction on the 17,000-square-foot Market Street Retail Center.
The project developed by Table Rock Properties LLC is on East College Parkway adjacent to a Home Depot store that's under construction.
Market Street Retail Center will include two buildings. Dotty's Casino has leased 3,600 square feet and U.S. Bank has signed a lease for 3,500 square feet.
The building shells are scheduled for completion in August, and the casino and bank are expected to open in October.
The project was designed by Hannafin Design Associates of Carson City.
