Duane Dougherty has been named manager of the Heritage Bank of Nevada branch in Carson City.
Dougherty, who has 25 years of banking and management experience, previously worked as vice president, commercial relationship officer and branch manager for First Bank in Napa Valley, Calif.
He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley.
