Joe Serpa has been named director of operations for Aspen Developers Corp., a general engineering contractor in Reno and Truckee.
Serpa has 30 years experience in the construction industry in northern Nevada, working as an executive for Q&D Construction and Helms Construction before he joined Aspen Developers.
