Debra Lang, director of hotel operations for the Carson Valley Inn in Minden, won the State Leadership Award from the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
Lang was recognized for her work with the Nevada Hotel & Lodging Association and her volunteerism in the community. She has worked at Carson Valley Inn since 1984.
