Two major medical office buildings in Reno are included in a $915 million acquisition by Nationwide Health Properties Inc. of Newport Beach, Calif.
The company said last week it plans to acquire the buildings known as Medical Pavilion B at South Meadows Medical Center and Center for Advanced Medicine B at the Renown Regional Medical Center in downtown Reno.
The properties will be sold by Pacific Medical Buildings of San Diego.
The South Meadows building is 66,000 square feet. The downtown building is 100,000 square feet.
Nationwide didn't break out the price it will pay for individual properties.
