A class on residential short sales in which a lender agrees to a sale for an amount less than what the owner still owes has been scheduled in Reno next weekend by four companies in the residential real estate business.
The one-hour course, which also will cover foreclosures, is scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday at The Resort at Tanamera, 990 South Meadows Parkway. It's free, but reservations are required through 1-877-733-0509, ext. 8628.
