Cynthia McClelland has been named vice president of development and college relations at Sierra Nevada College, a private school in Incline Village.
McClelland previously was executive director for institutional advancement at the school.
She is a graduate of Stan-ford University with 10 years experience with nonprofit organizations in the North Lake Tahoe region
