Condo sales at $20 million

Sales at The Chateau at Heavenly Village, a hotel-condominium project at South Lake Tahoe, have topped $20 million, said developer Kevin Lane of Lake Tahoe Development Co.

Units have sold at an average of more than $1,300 a square foot.
