Framing has begun on Clearstar Financial Credit Union's new branch near the intersection of Sparks Boulevard and Prater Way. It will replace an existing branch in the Silver State Plaza at Prater and McCarran Boulevard.
The general contractor is NewGround, a St. Louis company that specializes in the design and construction of financial institutions.
