The Nevada State Contractors Board said last week its investigators cited two persons for contracting without a license after a sting operation in Reno.
Cited were Brad Nicely, who does business as Nicely Electric Contractors Inc., and Dave McNeil, who does business as CC&I, a carpentry company.
Nicely, the board noted, is a licensed electrician in California but doesn't have a Nevada license.
Contracting without a license in Nevada is a misdemeanor for the first two offenses and a felony for the third offense.
