Jerry Higgins of Sparks
has been elected treasurer of
the Nevada State Contractors
Board.
Higgins, who was appointed
to the board in 2000, serves
as its public member.He previously
was executive director of
the Nevada State Board of
Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
