EJ Mahoney Construction of Gardnerville has begun construction of a 40,000-square-foot industrial condominium project at Tahoe Reno Industrial Center.
The company, which also is acting as general contractor on the two-building project, expects completion in late November.
Ed Mahoney, owner of the construction company, said the buildings are composed of 1,000-square-foot bays that can be combined into larger units.
He said negotiations are under way with a landscape architectural company that may purchase two bays.
