Three northern Nevada contractors were
cited by the Nevada State Contractors Board on
allegations of unlicensed contracting.
Cited after a sting operation were William
Barnes,who does business as Backyard Heat;
Natalie Gordon,who does business as Natalie
Gordon Murals and submitted a bid to do faux
painting; and Peter Mancini, who does business
as Inside and Out and submitted a bid for
electrical contracting.
Contracting without a license in Nevada is
a misdemeanor for the first offense, a gross
misdemeanor for the second offense and a
felony for the third offense.
