Dennis McGovern has been named by RED Development as general manager of Legends at Sparks Marina.
McGovern previously worked as property manager for Summit Woods Crossing in Lee's Summit, Mo. and the first-ever Legends project, The Legends at Village West in western Wyandotte County, Kan.
Before joining RED Development 2005, McGovern worked for The Mills Corporation for 14 years managing shopping centers in Ontario and Orange, Calif., Lakewood, Colo., Philadelphia, Pa. and Grapevine, Tex.
