Louis M. Bubala III

Louis M. Bubala III, an attorney with Jones Vargas in Reno, has been elected president of the Northern Nevada Bankruptcy Bar Association. He has been a co-author of the association's 2007 and 2008 annual reports about developments in bankruptcy law.
