AG Reno Investments LLC, a Salt Lake City company, has purchased the property occupied by Case Power & Equipment at 1455 Glendale Ave. in Sparks.
McLain-Rubin Realty Co. of Vancouver sold the 25,000-square-foot building on 5.36 acres for $4.4 million, said Todd Blonsley, vice president of investments at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investments Services Co. in Reno. He brokered the sale.
The sales price translates into a first-year cash return also known as a cap rate of 7.47 percent.
