Gordon Zack, first vice president with CB Richard Ellis in Reno, was recognized by the Northern California Chapter of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors for the top industrial sale for 2008. He was recognized for sale of the distribution center occupied by PetSmart at Tahoe Reno Industrial Center.
